Bellaire High School in Texas was placed under secure mode on Wednesday afternoon due to a bomb threat investigation conducted by the Houston ISD. The Bellaire Police Department assisted in the investigation, urging the public to avoid the area until HISD completed its investigation.

Principal Michael Niggli promptly informed parents about the situation, ensuring that the safety of students and staff was a top priority. The campus remained in secure mode until just before 2 p.m., when normal operations resumed, and students were released shortly after.

Earlier that day, another HISD school, Sterling High School, experienced an incident where a student was arrested for stabbing another student during a fight. The situation is still developing, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

This is a developing story, and we will keep you updated on any new developments.
