The Heartbreaking Story of Endiyah: A Mother’s Loss

It was a dream come true for Tanganika White when her daughter Endiyah was born three years ago. She had prayed for a daughter for so long and finally, her wish was granted. Endiyah was not just her daughter, but her best friend – a spunky and loving child who had a heart full of love for everyone around her.

However, tragedy struck on September 12 when Endiyah was involved in a devastating accident. It was revealed that the driver, who happened to be Endiyah’s father, suffered a medical emergency behind the wheel causing the car to drift off the road and crash into bollards and a streetlight.

Endiyah was not properly restrained in a child safety seat and sustained severe injuries including fractures to her skull. Despite being rushed to the hospital and receiving medical attention, her condition worsened, and she eventually became brain dead.

Tanganika White is now left to mourn the loss of her precious daughter, emphasizing that this tragic accident was entirely preventable. She urges other parents to be vigilant and always ensure the safety of their children while traveling in a vehicle.

As she grapples with the unimaginable pain of losing her daughter, White hopes that her story serves as a cautionary tale for others. “I don’t ever want a mother, or a parent in general, a caregiver, guardian to experience this loss,” she said, highlighting the importance of taking every precaution when it comes to the safety of our loved ones.
