Chancellor Miles Calls for Unity and Leadership in HISD
Houston Independent School District’s Chancellor, Miles, is urging Texas legislators to rise above partisan conflicts and focus on leading with integrity. In a recent letter addressed to nine lawmakers, Miles emphasized the importance of putting the needs of HISD students first.

In his letter, Miles stated, “It’s time to put aside the politics of grievance and divisiveness.
