Man Shot and Killed After Attempted Break-In at Ex’s Home in Houston
According to investigators, the shooter stayed at the scene.
A tragic incident unfolded on Tuesday night in northwest Harris County when a man was shot and killed while attempting to break into his ex-partner’s home. The incident took place on Willow Lodge Court, near Beltway 8 and West Road.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office reported that the man was armed with a gun when he tried to gain entry into the residence. He was shot during the altercation and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
The individual responsible for the shooting remained at the scene following the incident.
