LOS ANGELES – The box office is buzzing once again with the success of “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” taking the top spot for the third consecutive weekend.
Tim Burton’s iconic sequel to the 1988 horror comedy continues to captivate audiences, raking in $26 million in ticket sales in North America, as per studio estimates Sunday.

The film, featuring Michael Keaton and Winona Ryder reprising their roles, has now grossed over $226 million domestically. Its massive opening weekend of $110 million and a subsequent haul of $51.6 million in the second week solidified its position as a box office juggernaut.
In the third spot is the James McAvoy horror flick “Speak No Evil,” which brought in $5.9 million in its second week, accumulating a total of $21.5 million.
The upcoming release of “Joker: Folie à Deux” promises to inject new life into the box office landscape, poised to hit theaters on Oct. 4.
As the year progresses, “Deadpool & Wolverine” continues its strong run, clinching a spot in the top 5 for the ninth week, amassing $3.9 million and a domestic total of $627 million.
Other notable entries like “The Substance,” “Am I Racist?,” and “Reagan” also make waves in the box office rankings, reflecting the diverse range of films captivating audiences across the country.
