Missing 78-Year-Old Galveston Man – SILVER Alert Issued



Kenneth Dickard was last seen around 9 p.m. Saturday in the 3100 block of Cove View Boulevard, according to the Galveston Police Department.

GALVESTON, Texas — A SILVER Alert has been issued for a missing 78-year-old Galveston man who has a cognitive impairment, according to the Galveston County Police Department.

Kenneth Dickard has gray hair, blue eyes and wide-rimmed glasses. He is about 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 160 pounds and was last seen wearing a blue plaid shirt, tan shorts and a black Air Force hat.

He may be in a 2002 blue Dodge Grand Caravan with TX license plate 503DV67.

Dickard was last seen around 9 p.m. Saturday in the 3100 block of Cove View Boulevard near Stewart Road, according to the Galveston Police Department.
