The Boerne All-Stars on the Path to Victory

Last week at the Grand Slam Parade kicking off the Little League World Series, the Boerne All-Stars made their mission clear: to win it all. And now, after three consecutive victories in Williamsport, Pa., they stand just one win away from their goal. Their latest triumph came against Henderson, Nevada, with a 5-2 victory on Wednesday afternoon, earning them a spot in the U.S. Final on Saturday.

With the U.S. championship within reach, the Boerne All-Stars are ready to give it their all. The next challenge for them will be facing off against the international champion in the Little League World Series Championship on Sunday.

Wednesday’s game saw Boerne take an early lead with a sacrifice fly and RBI single in the first inning, only to be caught up by Nevada’s quick rally, tying the game at 2 apiece. But Boerne’s bats came alive in the third inning, scoring three runs to secure their victory, with Julian Hurst driving in the game-winning run.

Having outscored their opponents 18-3 in three games, the Boerne All-Stars have shown their dominance on the field. With no team in the U.S. bracket scoring more runs, they are a force to be reckoned with.

As the tournament continues in a double-elimination format, Nevada will have another chance to face Boerne if they can defeat the winner of the Florida vs. Hawai’i game on Thursday. But for now, Boerne will enjoy a well-deserved break before their next matchup on Saturday.

Stay tuned to see if the Boerne All-Stars can continue their winning streak and claim the title of Little League World Series champions. The excitement is building as the road to victory unfolds!
