HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — An investigation is underway after waste collection workers discovered a deceased newborn boy in trash picked up in northwest Harris County, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
Sheriff Gonzalez first posted about the incident on social media at 10:30 a.m. Deputies responded to the residential neighborhood near North Eldridge Parkway and Spencer Road.
